आइओसीएल IOCL अप्रेंटिसशिप 2025 के तहत देश में कौशल निर्माण के एक कदम आगे बढ़ाते हुए IOCL ने TECHNICIAN, GRADUATE और TRADE APPRENTICE (Technical & Non Technical) के कुल 523 पदों पर भर्ती के लिए आवेदन मांगे हैं।

- आवेदन करने से पहले अभ्यर्थियों को अपनी Profile की सभी जानकारियों (Personal Detail, Educational Detail, Category etc.) के साथ अपनी Percentage Marks का मिलान कर लेना चाहिए।

Minimum 18 years and Maximum 24 years as on 30 September 2025
SC/ ST के उम्मीदवारों को आयु में 5 वर्ष की छूट होगी जो कि maximum 29 years होगी।

आइओसीएल IOCL अप्रेंटिसशिप 2025 : How to Apply
सभी अभ्यर्थियों को ऑनलाइन आवेदन माइक्रोसॉफ्ट ऑफिस के फॉर्म में करना है। आवेदन complete करने के बाद registration number को संभाल कर रखें। फाइनल सबमिट से पहले सारी details को अच्छे से चेक कर ले। एक अभ्यर्थी को केवल एक ही आवेदन करना चाहिए।

आइओसीएल IOCL अप्रेंटिसशिप 2025 : Selection Process
- अप्रेंटिस के इन पदों पर बिना written exam और बिना interview के भर्ती की जाएगी।
- उम्मीदवारों का Selection उनकी Academic performance के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
- अप्रेंटिस के इन पदों के लिए उम्मीदवारों के qualified exams ( ITI, Engg Diploma,Graduation) में हासिल किए गए प्रतिशत अंकों के आधार पर मेरिट लिस्ट तैयार की जाएगी।
- अगर दो अभ्यर्थियों के प्रतिशत अंक समान होते हैं तो अधिक उम्र वाले अभ्यर्थी को वरीयता दी जाएगी।
- इसके बाद भी अगर दो अभ्यर्थियों के प्रतिशत अंक समान होते हैं तो मैट्रिक परीक्षा(10th Board) में higher परसेन्ट वाले अभ्यर्थी को वरीयता दी जाएगी।
- इसके बाद चयनित अभ्यर्थियों का fitness test लिया जाएगा यानी कि भारत सरकार की कंपनी आई ओ सी एल (IOCL) के निर्धारित medical standards को पूरा करने वाले candidates को physical fitness के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।
- फाइनली selected candidates को document verification process पूरा करने के बाद 12 months की अप्रेंटिसशिप के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।
